SSIS Sports Program
ELEMENTARY SPORTS - GRADES 3 - 5
Grades 3-5 Basketball is available for students of SSIS through the YMCA. This involves setting our team through SSIS and playing in the YMCA League.
Each individual player is required to pay a registration fee of $65.00
There will also be intramural sports available for grades 3-5. More information will follow.
2010-2011 SUNCOAST SCHOOL FOR INNOVATIVE STUDIES
MIDDLE SCHOOL PANTHERS
1. Players must be in grades 6 through 8 to participate in sports sponsored by SSIS. No 5th graders or below.
2. A player must be under 15 years of age (or turn 15 after September 1st of the current school year to be eligible to play).
3. All student athletes must maintain at least a 2.0 grade point average to be eligible for competition for the 2010-2011 school year.
4. A $25.00 sports registration fee will be required to participate in the sports program.
Co-ed Flag Football (early Sept to end of Oct)
Girls and Boys Basketball (winter)
Co-ed Soccer (early spring to late spring)
We're in need of Parent Volunteers, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Moms to assist with our Athletic Program here at SSIS.
