Teaching Philosophy

It is my task as a teacher to increase knowledge and understanding in the classroom.  I do so by integrating as much technology into the classroom as possible and provide various strategies to help my students reach their full potential.  I aid them in setting goals for themselves that are both challenging and obtainable. I always do my best to make the lessons interesting for them and stress that each student form unique and independent ideas to solve problems as well as be able to share their ideas with others while working in a group setting.  I am prepared to guide each student in the direction they should go using technology to aid in reaching correct conclusions and answers.  My hope is that each student will use these learned ideas and processes and apply them in his/her life outside of school.
